What will the letter that the recipient receives look like?
The letter that the recipient receives will be plain white with out any identifying features. The letter will not contain a return address. The text of anonymous letters will be printed using plain black characters.
Will the PostalSecrets.com logo be on the letter?
The PostalSecrets.com logo will not be on the letter.
When will the letter be mailed to the recipient?
The anonymous letter will be mailed and posted within 2 business days from date of purchase.
What is your refund policy?
All purchases are final. There will be no refunds. PostalSecrets.com cannot be responsible for incorrect information submitted for the destination of the letter.
How do you print the letters?
The confidential anonymous letters are printed on to white self-sealing paper from laser printers using black ink. The self-sealing paper is security marked so that the contents of the letters cannot be read unless the letter is opened and the seals are broken.
